Housekeeping
Guest room cleaning and disinfecting is done per the CDC guidelines. Particular attention is paid to high-touch, hard nonporous items including television remote, toilet seats and handles, door and furniture handles, faucets, nightstands, light switches, alarm clocks, luggage racks and flooring.

The frequency of room cleaning during a guest's stay may be altered based on guest requirements; housekeeping will not enter a guest room during a stay unless specifically requested, or approved, by the guest.

The thorough cleaning and disinfecting of guest rooms is completed after guest check-out and there is 24-48 hours between guest stays.

Handrails, doorknobs and other surfaces frequently touched by multiple people are cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals

Linens, and towels are washed in accordance with CDC guidelines using the warmest permissible water setting for the items. Dirty linens are bundled in the guest room to eliminate excess contact while being transported to the laundry room.



Food & Beverage
Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of food contact surfaces and utensils.

Food and beverage in-person contact service is reduced and we currently do not have buffet service.

Minimal items are placed on the dining table to allow for effective disinfection in between each guest, including condiments, silverware, glassware, napkins, etc.

A limited number of guest groups may eat at the dining table at the same time to allow for 6+ feet of distance from each other

uests are advised to practice physical distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC by staying at least six feet away from other guests not traveling with them.

Contactless payment process is available upon request.

Staff always wash hands and use hand sanitizer before and after each guest interaction.

Staff wear face coverings and ask that guest do as well during check-in and when in the presence of other guest.

Hand sanitizer is conveniently located in the guest parlor.
